1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using The Cold Email Machine kit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.

2. Product Description

The Cold Email Machine is a digital product consisting of n8n workflow files (JSON), setup documentation, templates, and access to a private community. It is delivered as-is. We make every effort to keep the kit current and functional, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with future n8n releases.

3. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the kit for your own personal or business projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the kit. You may use it for multiple of your own projects.

4. Pricing and Payment

Current price is $97 USD, one-time. Prices are in USD and subject to change. Price increases will be communicated before they take effect for new buyers. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If the kit does not work for your use case within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@coldstack.tech for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the kit only for legitimate cold outreach. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other email marketing regulations in your jurisdiction. ColdStack does not endorse or support unsolicited spam.

7. No Warranty

The kit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, deliverability rates, or revenue outcomes. Any outcomes depend entirely on how you use the product and the quality of your email infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColdStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product.

9. Updates

We update the kit when n8n releases significant changes. You receive free lifetime updates to the kit. Future updates may include new workflow versions, additional integrations, or modified setup guides.
